These terms govern your use of the Dr. Han Acupuncture & MedSpa website and the SMS messaging program operated by BLOMA LLC on behalf of Dr. Han Acupuncture & MedSpa. By using the website or providing your phone number to receive SMS, you agree to these terms.
1. SMS messaging program

Description: Appointment-related notification messages — an appointment booking link, confirmation that we received your appointment request, and replies to inquiries you submit through our website. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
2. How to opt in
SMS consent is optional.It is never required to submit a form, book an appointment, or receive care from us. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in. You opt in only by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox on our appointment request form. The checkbox reads: “I agree to receive SMS text messages from this clinic about my appointment request — including a booking link, confirmations, and replies to my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” The form can be submitted, and an appointment requested, without checking it.
3. Message frequency, costs, and carriers
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and inquiries. A typical patient receives between 1 and 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for SMS, but your mobile carrier may charge you per message or as part of your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to opt out and get help
Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and we will not send you further messages. Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive a reply with the program name, our contact information, and a link to these terms.
Reply START (or YES, UNSTOP) to re-subscribe after opting out.
5. AI-generated responses
Some replies you receive through web chat, SMS, or voice may be generated by Jasmine, an AI assistant operated by Bloma on our behalf. Jasmine handles general scheduling and informational questions. Clinical advice, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made only by our licensed practitioners. If you need urgent medical attention, please contact us directly or call your local emergency number.

Information provided through this website, SMS, or AI agents is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed practitioner for clinical questions.
7. Acceptable use
- Use the website and SMS program only for legitimate appointment-related communication.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Do not send abusive, threatening, or unlawful messages.
- Do not interfere with the website's operation or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and SMS program are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Dr. Han Acupuncture & MedSpa nor BLOMA LLC is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any SMS / AI communication.
